Just what I was looking for and more
I purchased this tv in like new condition, and it looked brand new to me. I have used this tv for 7 months, and enjoy the smart tv functionality including the auto-dimming feature which works extremely well in the bright room I have it in.

Purchased as an open box. Item came in Perfect condition. Shipping company(AIT logistics) left some to be desired in timeliness and communication. Took over a week to contact me; then another week to deliver. Tv has great features and works flawlessly. very pleased with purchase.

This tv is worth every penny. Got it on sale right after the super-bowl which was $100 cheaper. Great picture and enough settings to satisfy. Plenty of connections and the 3d is a nice bonus. Though I don’t use it all the time but its a nice feature for an every now and then watch. Specs are amazing & most others on the market can’t match. Using my amazon card qualified for special financing offer which is o interest for 24 months. Split between my fiance, this is my cheapest bill which won’t kill my budget at all. Simple setup and ease of use. Still haven’t played around with all the smart hub functions yet. Really only use it for Pandora, sometimes redbox instant & cnet. There are plenty of other streaming video apps but still seems like no one can get youtube right. The best one so far seems to be 360 (if you pair it with a keyboard) but that shouldn’t deter anyone from this tv. Must buy.

I don’t understand why this TV is getting any negative reviews. The picture is unbelievable and the only adjustment I made was to change the picture mode to Natural. All of the other settings look fantastic. The TV is connected to a built-in WIFI AT&T Uverse receiver and set-up was effortless. The Smart TV is excellent and Amazon Prime instant videos stream flawlessly. I also purchased Finding Nemo in 3D. Having never watched anything in 3D previously, I didn’t know what to expect. I’d rather not have to wear the glasses, but they were OK. The movie was incredible in 3D. This is a beautiful television. I highly recommend it. It’s my third Samsung TV.
Absolutely stunning 3D!
This HDTV came bundled with a Samsung 3D WIFI Blu-Ray player and when a 3D movie is played the 3D is just fabulous. I would have never dreamed that it could be that good. I’m a little hearing impaired and sometimes I use closed captioning. With a 3D movie the captioning appears to be in the middle of my living room.
I bought a keyboard for this, too, and it works well. I can read my newspaper or check the weather or any number of other things without having to start up my computer.

Very satisfied
We’ve been very happy with the tv up until now. But today the Smart Hub stopped working — TV things it can only work on cable/antenna (neither of which we have). No one at Samsung or on line seems able to help. Then , after 2 hours of trying to troubleshoot we figured it out ourselves. Which brings us back to the original opinion – great set except for the alleged keyboard. BTW, if this happens to you and you’ve checked to be sure you are on line, click the box in the upper left on Smart Hub. Surprise! Everything works.

The smart hub is finally worth it once they added the amazon app. If I had to do it again, I would get the dual core model, as the app speed does seem to be impacted by having only one processor.
There are constant firmware updates, that have to get applied once a week or so. The smart hub always seems to need an update,. That can get annoying.
Other than that, a decent replacement for my Sony Bravia.
Beautiful Picture
This TV works great. The picture is amazing and it has great viewing angles. You can watch it from any angle you can see the screen. The smart TV works well. As of this review the Amazon Instant video App doesn’t work. The Youtube app is ok, somewhat laggy even with a connection speed of 15 mbps. Internet browsing with the remote is a little clunky, but its a TV not a computer.
I would highly recommend buying this TV.

Hi, I purchased this tv after doing a lot of research in web. After making the purchase, I feel that I made a right decision. The picture quality is very good. The best part is the smart features. The 3D feature is good. The web browser is awesome. The only downside is the remote is not user friendly for web browsing. I find it hard to navigate or type something in web browser. Other than this, I think this tv is worth buying. For sure, you will not get disappointed.
