Incredible picture
This was an upgrade from my 40″ samsung which is 4 years old, and the difference is amazing. It’s an incredibly thin tv and light and the picture is excellent. The only thing I would recommend is to disable the smart blurring altogether. The soap opera affect just isn’t for me. FWIW a story rhyming with rosco has a $300 instant rebate until 9/7, free shipping, 2 year warranty and wireless keyboard.
Outstanding quality
I can’t add anything I’ve already read in other reviews. This is a great TV. Bought the 65″. I’m using 3 remotes though and although a bit of a hassle w/ ARC technology, I’ll work through it as I get more in tune w/ the ARC technology. I can’t plug my Direct TV HDMI cable to the Samsung ARC input and maybe someone on here will be able to steer me to the right direction. Other than that, wouldn’t trade this TV for any other brand. Samsung ROCKS!!!
TV lives up to the rave reviews!
This TV is awesome – it’s thin, the picture is amazingly sharp and it looks great hanging on the wall when not in use. I found the remote easy to use and very intuitive. At first figuring out all the functions of the tv are a bit overwhelming but once you get use to the menus, it’s easy! The price dropped $100 after I bought it and Amazon issued me refund! Thanks Amazon! Great purchase!
Great super slim tv!
This Smart TV is the perfect size for our new studio room. I’ve only watched cable tv so far (via the cable box and HDMI), but I’ve seen the Samsung GUI and it looks amazing, so I’ll be trying that as soon as the tv is connected to the internet. Love the picture quality, the virtually borderless display and the super slim, lightweight design. This TV has 3D, but that was not a driver for my purchase – I wanted the faster refresh rate that this model offers.
This is my second Samsung tv, and I’m very happy with the brand. Plus, the Amazon service was A+, as usual.

This tv is amazing, the delivery was great!! The man brought it upstairs and even installed it which made my job way easier. It’s amazing and comes with 4 glasses which is good for my whole family!! I would recommend
A really excellent TV
Compared to the rear projection set this replaced, it has more than enough brightness to work well in our bright room, when compared to other brands, it seems perceptibly brighter and crisper.
The picture quality is excellent at the “movie” setting for almost all content, including sports broadcasts. The “standard” picture setting occasionally seems garishly colored (especially in football games) and did some strange things in processing a few very dark scenes.
The built in speakers are remarkably distortion free even at the volume needed to fill or our large room. However, that was a quick test as we normally use an external amplifier and speakers.
Overall, it hard to believe that this is one or two models below the top of the line. A great value.
