Perfect for the price
If you need a TV thats thin and dont need all the SmartTV stuff, this is one. I use TV as a monitor (via PC connection) and for PS3. Works with no issues. For the price and Amazon’s shipping process (came via FedEx – not CEVA), it was the best deal.
Inexpensive and great
Bought this TV because I did not need a smart TV (have a Sony Blu-Ray player with Smart function built in).
Great buy, good size and great picture. Color controls are a bit odd at first, but once you get used to them it looks great.

Cheap and good
Everything works very well and quality is pretty good too. Can’t complain for the price. I am using this TV with google’s chromecast device. I do like the USB port on the back of the tv as it keeps the chromecast charged all the time.
TV looks and works great!
I bought this TV to replace my vizio 42″plasma. I am well pleased and have had no problems. The picture quality is great and the sound is okay. I have surround sound so I never use the television speakers. Great buy for the price for sure. The only issue I had was finding the remote code for my Dish remote. It was 742 for anyone needing it. I would by this set again!

This is the second TCL I have purchased. The first is 42″ and I have had it for almost 2 years. LOVE IT! People are shocked at this amazing picture compared to their more expensive brand name TV!!
My daughter is a senior in college, and needed a new TV for her room. I did not hesitate to buy this same brand, just 32″ this time. Again, great picture, price, product. When she goes to graduate school next year, I will probably get her the bigger one and she will have one for her bedroom and one for her living room.
I would recommend this brand to ANYONE. Truly a better picture than other well known brands, and definitely more affordable!

I had purchased the 48 ” TCL 240 Hz TV a couple of months ago and I was real impressed with the picture. The 40″ was an easy purchase to replace a 32″ I have had for a few years now. I have it hooked directly to raw cable (no converter) and the picture is amazing . The tuner picks up on the broadcast HD signals so I get PBS and local broadcast HD without an external converter. I have one HDMI port populated with a computer and they sync seamlessly. HBO GO Cinemax and Amazon Prime programming pass through in HD flawlessly, even with a wireless connection . The Tuner also displays non HD programs in better than expected resolution. Above the volume up on the remote control is a button the says PIC . If you encounter a dark picture scroll though the presets you will find one that says personal. I love to watch Law and Order but there are a lot of dark scenes (the interrogation room ) You can set up the personal button to bring up the brightness and contrast and bump up the colors, this preset will be saved. The other presets are Vibrant Cinematic Sports Natural and Eco.
