Great price and great TV
This TV has great color clarity. The 2 year manufacturer warranty and a 4 year square trade ensures you won’t be left in the dark without a possible solution for replacement. Not that I have seen these go out yet and I have tested TCL TVs now for 2 years and have told many people about them. The internals are well made for long life. LED is long life based just on it’s electrical properties and the TV design. If you don’t want to pay for the “SMART” TV this will certainly work well. Plugging PCs or other devices to the TV is very easy and haven’t seen input problems like other brands. Thanks Amazon and TCL.
Great TV!
I carefully studied the reviews….and found them to be helpful. The TV arrived without a scratch and it has worked well. The color is wonderful and the sound is nice. I have recommended this product to others who need a quality TV at a reasonable price. I will also replace other TV’s with the TCL product when needed.
Fantastic set
This review is for the 50″ model for a bedroom, I paid $499.00. First off TCL is the the sixth largest TV producer in the world, secondly they own with Samsung a TV panel production company. I’ve seen some reviews complaining about the skin tones, I haven’t owned a TV in the last 15 years where I didn’t have to enter the service menu to get the colors correct, mainly skin tones. Now for most that want over color saturation and torch mode like TV’s are setup out of the box and in stores that isn’t a problem.
I mounted mine on the wall and I haven’t spent much time tweaking this set as I don’t watch it that often but I’m certainly happy with it with the little tweaking I’ve done. .The screen is pretty clear of lines and/or cloudiness unlike 2 other name brand sets I tried beforehand. For the price and not wasting money on smart options that I already have you’ll have a hard time beating this TV.
For the price, best in class
I spent 300 and some change to the door with tax and next day shipping. I challenge you to find another TV in this class and size for that kind of price! Very happy with the picture and performance….I highly recommend!
Perfect for the price
If you need a TV thats thin and dont need all the SmartTV stuff, this is one. I use TV as a monitor (via PC connection) and for PS3. Works with no issues. For the price and Amazon’s shipping process (came via FedEx – not CEVA), it was the best deal.
Cheap and good
Everything works very well and quality is pretty good too. Can’t complain for the price. I am using this TV with google’s chromecast device. I do like the USB port on the back of the tv as it keeps the chromecast charged all the time.
