Viewsonic is good for us
Several years ago we moved our call floor to 24″ viewsonic monitors. They have performed very well. They are “on” all the time. We have several of this very model and we seldom have problems. The few warranty issues we have are solved quickly.
Makes time on the computer more satisfying
The monitor arrived soon after of ordering it. I wanted a larger monitor becuase my wife’s eyesight is not good and we felt this would help. Set up was easy. The laptop computer has a HDMI output and the monitor has a DVI input. I ordered a cable to allow that connection and this worked out well. Since DVI does not carry the audio signal I ran made that connection seperatly. It turned out that the speakers in the laptop (a high end laptop) were better than those built into the monitor so I now use the speakers in the laptop. We love the big monitor.
Note, the monitor has VGA input so that is an easy connection option.
Great
I am not in the graphic design field, but this monitor is great. I’ve had it for about 6 months now and no problems. I have it mounted to the wall, and use a cable to connect it to my laptop under my desk. I would buy it again, it has never had any issues and the colors and clarity is very good.
A Great Monitor
This monitor delivers everything you’d expect in a unit this size. The speakers are decent for intgrated speakers, though I prefer headphones when sound quality really matters. The colors are crisp and sharp, and the picture is easy on the eyes.
Wonderful
This a wonderful monitor. If you need a new monitor, I can highly recommend this one. In use every day and no dead pixels. I had to tweek the color temperature a little since the presets weren’t perfect. Still a good value.
This is an excellent monitor!
I bought this for my business use but it is larger than I expected and not a good fit for my current desk. My daughter “borrowed” it for her gaming computer which she has on a spacious desk. This monitor has the best images I’ve seen – as good as my HD TV. I do a lot of manuscript review and need a larger monitor to not strain my vision. I’ve tried it on her computer for that purpose with pdfs and Word documents with edits and it is excellent. It is unlikely I’ll get it back from my daughter so I’m planning on buying another as soon as my new desk is installed!
